Work From Home Jobs and Your Resume
Work From Home Jobs and Your Resume
The fact of the matter is most employers are overwhelmed moments after posting a work from home job. If your resume gives them even the slightest reason – it will be discarded. Don’t fall victim to this situation.
- Proofread your resume – eliminate spelling and grammatical errors
- Include only relevant and vital information – don’t make me search to find what I want to see
- Be honest but paint the best picture – highlight your strengths (Simple enough!)
- Keep It Short, Silly! (KISS) 1 to 2 pages max!
- I don’t need to know your children, significant other, and pet’s names, your favorite past times, and where you went to Elementary and Middle School!
I am happy to review work from home resumes and provide feedback for anyone who wishes for free! Just ask!
Where to Post Your Resume
It is important to get your resume out there to as many eyes as possible if you are going to land that work from home job. Below is a list of sites should post your resume to.
They will open in a new window so this page will stay open. Only do this if you feel your resume meets the above criteria I laid out!
More coming very soon! See my Work From Home Blog for the announcement!
